We stayed for a week in this spacious 3BR/3BA apartment in Roma Norte, right across from Condesa. The location is excellent—walkable to great cafes, restaurants, and shops—and the area felt very safe. The doorman was friendly and always available, and the WiFi worked well. However, there were several drawbacks. The apartment is directly above a nightclub, so it’s quite noisy at night. Only one bedroom has AC, making the others warm, and bedding in two rooms was thin. The living room furniture was also uncomfortable. Service was inconsistent—we waited two days for extra towels, the Nespresso setup was confusing, and we never received additional coffee as promised. Some dishes were not clean. Hot water only supported one shower at a time, and the washing machine smelled mildewy. Overall, great location and space. Best suited for groups who prioritize location.
We had a great stay at this Airbnb overall. The space was very modern, clean, and comfortable, and the location was excellent for getting around and exploring the area. The neighborhood could be a bit loud at night, and we had some issues with the hot water during our stay, but the host was very responsive and quick to communicate whenever we reached out. Despite those minor inconveniences, we really enjoyed our time here and appreciated the host’s attentiveness. We would still recommend it to others looking for a stylish place in a convenient location. 😊
We had a great stay at this apartment right in between La Condesa and Roma Norte. Everything matched as described in Airbnb’s posting. The host was communicative and responsive. We requested additional towels and they were delivered quickly. The only things we wished were different was the coffee maker. We never did get it to work. Luckily there are coffee shops all over the place. And the WiFi had a very weak signal in the rooms at the back of the property. Those are small things though. Overall, I absolutely recommend this super clean and convenient property.
This Airbnb was awesome. I liked that it was walkable to many places, had a rooftop pool, a gym, and comfortable beds. Would stay here again.
We had a beautiful stay in Roma Norte on Queretaro. The apartment was clean, perfect location, and the nice big tree out front helped with street noise. The kids absolutely loved the pool and the adults loved hanging on the rooftop. This is the perfect spot for a family or big group. Our host was above and beyond responsive and we had lots of questions that were all handled quickly, helpfully and professional. id definitely stay in one of these properties again for a CDMX trip and recommend you do as well!
